App Store Save Outcomes is meant to count customers saved after an Apple retention message, by outcome: redeemed promotional offer, redeemed alternate plan, or no purchase. In RevenueDot it is available through the API only and returns zero for every value today, because it does not read outcomes from Apple's Retention Messaging API yet.

Definition
The chart has three measures. Redeemed Promotional Offer: the customer accepted a promotional offer within 24 hours of the message. Redeemed Alternate Plan: the customer switched plans within 24 hours. No Purchase: the customer did not cancel and did not buy. It can be filtered and segmented by app and product.
Every value is zero today. RevenueDot keeps the chart so its API matches RevenueCat's list of chart names, and so scripts that request it do not fail, but it records no outcomes yet. It is not in the dashboard chart list and is reached through the API only. RevenueDot's retention messaging setup is a separate Lifecycle feature, and this chart does not report its outcomes yet.
You can open it in the dashboard under Charts or fetch it with GET /v2/projects/{project_id}/charts/app_store_save_outcomes. The response has the same shape as RevenueCat's Charts API, so scripts written for that API keep working. The secret key needs the charts_metrics:charts:read permission. The Charts guide lists every parameter.
Why it matters
The chart answers a good question: of the customers who were about to cancel and got an offer, how many stayed? Until it has data, measure saves in other ways. Compare churn for the customers who got a retention offer with the same group before you started, and watch Subscription Status for the number set to cancel.
Keep this in mind when you move from RevenueCat. If you relied on this chart there, treat the RevenueDot values as missing, not as no saves.
API
Same path and response shape as RevenueCat's Charts API, so existing scripts keep working.
