Five built-in lists
All customers, active subscribers, sandbox, non-subscription and expired.
Feature
RevenueDot's Customers page has built-in lists for all customers, active subscribers, sandbox, non-subscription and expired customers. You can filter any list with the audience condition builder, save the filter as an audience, and export the list as CSV. Saved audiences feed targeting rules, experiments, refund policies and win-back campaigns.
Free up to $10,000 a month in tracked revenue. Works with the RevenueCat SDK you already ship.
All customers, active subscribers, sandbox, non-subscription and expired.
Country, platform, app version, status, entitlements, spend, first or last seen, last renewal, email, attribution and custom attributes.
One saved filter reaches targeting rules, experiments, refund policies and win-back campaigns.
Export all downloads app user id, email, status, spend, store, country and platform.
Four cards sum up the list: customers, trialing subscribers, paid subscribers and total revenue (production, in USD).
| List | Who is in it |
|---|---|
| All customers | Everyone the SDK or a store notification has told RevenueDot about |
| Active subscribers | Customers with an active production subscription, trials included |
| Sandbox | Customers with a sandbox purchase |
| Non-subscription | Customers with a production one-time purchase |
| Expired | Subscribers whose production subscriptions have all ended |
| Your audiences | Audiences you saved here or under Targeting |
Select Filter and add conditions. Conditions in a group must all match, and groups are alternatives. Search matches part of an app user id or an email. Save audience keeps the filter, and it appears in the rail.
Export all downloads the list as CSV with app user id, email, subscription status, auto-renewal status, first and last seen, spent, latest product, store and purchase date, country and platform. The same export is available through the API with the list name.

Open Customers in the RevenueDot dashboard, pick a list such as Active subscribers, add filters if you like, and select Export all. The CSV has app user id, email, status, auto-renewal, spend, latest product, store, country and platform. The API offers the same export.
Select Filter on the Customers page, add a country condition and a platform condition in the same group, and the list shows customers who match both. Save the filter as an audience to reuse it in targeting and campaigns.
A saved audience is a named set of customer conditions. RevenueDot uses it in targeting rules, offering experiments, Refund Control policies and win-back campaigns, and recomputes who matches whenever it is used.
Lists look at the 10,000 most recently seen customers. For a complete export, schedule a data export of customers to Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2 or Google Cloud Storage as CSV or Parquet.
